Mei Lin Chang

Mei Lin Chang has extensive experience in quality management and equipment maintenance, currently serving as the Jefe de Mantenimiento de Equipos Especiales and Coordinadora de Sistema de Gestión de Calidad at Grupo Roble since March 2019. Prior to this role, Mei Lin held the position of Encargada de Control Documental at SOFRATESA, focusing on the implementation of quality management procedures, and worked as Coordinadora de Gestión del Talento and Asistente de Gestión de Calidad at Reprico, S.A., where responsibilities included personnel management and continuous improvement processes. Earlier experience includes a similar role at Constructora Urbana S.A. Mei Lin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Production Management from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, acquired between 2014 and 2019.
