Cristina Hermosilla

Cristina Hermosilla has extensive experience in promoting well-being and fostering inclusivity within organizational cultures, currently serving as Jefe de Calidad de Vida y DEI at Grupo Saesa since July 2013. In previous roles at the same company, Cristina has designed and implemented various initiatives focused on employee happiness and quality of life, contributing to a positive workplace environment. Prior to this, experience includes roles such as Analista de Gestión y Organización at SAESA and Supervisora de Tienda at Family Shop, showcasing a solid foundation in organizational management and marketing strategies. Cristina holds a degree in Control de Gestión from Universidad de Chile and a degree in Ingeniería Comercial from Universidad Austral de Chile.
