Julio Cesar Villarreal Gonzalez

Julio Cesar Villarreal Gonzalez is an experienced corporate development manager at Grupo Scanda since June 2004, overseeing IT project management and the development and configuration of systems like Remedy, Smart IT, and MyIT. Additionally, since May 2013, Julio Cesar serves as a business partner at Centro de Soluciones Informaticas, where the focus is on providing consulting solutions and technical support. As a founding partner of Soluciones Outsourcing en Sistemas, S.A. de C.V., established in May 2000, Julio Cesar has contributed to the automation of manual processes and resource optimization. Julio Cesar holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnólogica de Mexico, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
