Fernando Salinas Pinto

Mr. Salinas is Corporate Finance and Performance Manager of Grupo Security having joined the company in 2003. He plays an active and decisive role in overseeing the budget supervision and control areas of all the subsidiaries as well as the strategic initiatives undertaken by the different companies. He also plays a leading role in confidential matters such as executive compensation models, new businesses appraisal, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure decisions.

Between 1996 and 2003 he held several positions in Banmedica, a leading healthcare company in Latin America.

Mr. Salinas earned his Master in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Chile and his Bachelor in Business Administration and Economics from the Catholic University of Chile. Mr. Salinas participated in Stanford Executive Program, Stanford University.
