Jorge Cepeda

Jorge Cepeda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both academia and the financial sector. Currently serving as a Part-Time Lecturer at Universidad de los Andes since June 2024, Jorge focuses on Advanced Data Analytics, teaching practical applications in R, Python, and AI to Business and Economics students. As the Head of HR Analytics at Grupo Security since September 2021, Jorge transforms complex workforce data into strategic insights through predictive modeling and dashboard creation. Prior roles include Subgerente de Seguimiento Comercial at Banco Security and Subgerente de Planificación y Metodología at Grupo Security, where Jorge led digital business development and agile methodology implementation. Jorge holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has completed various relevant certifications, enhancing expertise in management accounting and control. Additionally, Jorge's multicultural experience as a missionary contributes to a well-rounded and empathetic approach in professional endeavors.
