Ariane Cabral

Ariane Cabral is a Human Resources professional with substantial experience in recruitment and personnel management. Currently serving as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) specialist at Vale since January 2024, Ariane has held various roles in the HR field, including Analyst at Grupo Selpe and Supervisor of Human Resources at Inovar Recursos Humanos. Previous positions include Analyst of Recruitment and Selection at Lear Corporation and HR Analyst at OptarRH, as well as an internship in psychology at Consultar Gestão de Pessoas.
