Douglas Gradim

Douglas Gradim is an experienced professional specializing in human resources and business management. Currently serving as Gerente de Unidade / RH at Selpe since November 2022, Douglas is responsible for the comprehensive management of personnel and business operations at Selpe Triângulo Mineiro. Prior roles include Coordinator of Products and Innovation at ValeCard, where Douglas contributed to product roadmap development and stakeholder relations, and various HR leadership positions across several companies, including Clube de Permuta and Algar Tech.
