Fernando de Paula has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. FERNANDO has held positions such as CFO, CEO, Head of Finance, and Controller in different companies. FERNANDO'sresponsibilities have included strategic planning, business development, financial management, restructuring, and implementation of key initiatives. Throughout their career, Fernando has demonstrated resilience and the ability to generate positive results even in challenging times. FERNANDO has also been involved in M&A activities, due diligence, and international financial statement consolidation. FERNANDO'sexpertise extends to areas such as finance, accounting, control, procurement, legal, and human resources.

Fernando de Paula pursued their education at various institutions. In 2014, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained an extension degree in Controladoria. From 1990 to 1995, they studied at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Administração de Empresas. In 1996 to 1997, they continued their studies at USCS and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ciências Contábeis. Additionally, in 2021, they completed a certification in Executive Development of Business, Leadership, and Networking at FIA ONLINE.
