Ana Lozar has over 25 years of experience in strategic project management, specializing in business agility and process optimization. Currently serving as Gerente de agilidad empresarial at SM, Ana leads initiatives from strategy conception to execution, enhancing internal talent and facilitating change management. Previously, Ana held various roles at SM, including coordinating educational platforms and managing SAP demand in Spain, which involved project planning and resource allocation.
