Chiara Gabriela Cocchella Ruiz-Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sub Gerente Corporativa de Gestión Humana & Centro de Servicios de Selección at Grupo Tawa since January 2019. Prior to this role, Chiara held various positions at LATAM Airlines from September 2013 to August 2018, including HR Business Partner, Jefe de Selección, and Ejecutiva Selección.
