Francesca Scattolon serves as Jefe de Negocios Unidad de Atracción de Talento and Key Account Manager at Grupo Tawa since September 2015, specializing in head hunting and tailored recruitment strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Sales & Marketing Consultant at Adecco Professional - Perú, where services focused on the selection of middle management and executives across various economic sectors. Francesca also worked as Ejecutiva de Cuentas at Laborum Perú, managing client sales and providing HR strategy, as well as serving as Supervisora de Caral VIP Lounge at Network Leading Group Holding. Francesca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the same institution, set to complete in December 2024.
