Leidy Castillo Morales is an accomplished professional with a background in digital innovation and continuous improvement. Currently serving as an Analista de Digital Innovation and previously as an Analista de Transformación y Mejora Continua at Grupo Tawa since November 2022, Leidy has extensive experience in logistics and customer service from a tenure at SGS Perú, where leadership roles included the development and implementation of World Class Services. With earlier positions in product engineering support at Pamolsa and operational planning at POWDER & BULK SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES S.A., Leidy has demonstrated a strong capability in project management and customer satisfaction. An educational background includes an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Privada del Norte and a specialized diploma in Process Management from SGS Academy Perú.
