Janett Lemus

Janett Lemus currently serves as the BU Retail Manager for Sika in Mexico, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Janett held the title of Vice President and General Manager at Thermotek® since September 2021, where responsibilities included leading a large team and overseeing operations and sales across multiple retail locations. Prior experience includes roles at the MBCC Group and BASF Mexicana, where Janett managed finance and operations, led customer service initiatives, and implemented strategic changes while overseeing teams of over 80 individuals. Janett's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Regiomontana, a Master in Leadership and Organizational Development from EIDHI International University, and a Diploma in Corporate Financial Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
