Gissela Rodríguez Avalos has extensive experience in the fields of research, development, and quality assurance within the pharmaceutical and food industries. Currently working at Grupo Versa since April 2023, Gissela focuses on the research and development of biorational products. Prior experience includes a role as an auxiliar de investigación at Del Trio Superfoods, where Gissela worked on food product development, and participation in the Programa de posgrado en Ingeniería Bioquímica at Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología-CONACYT, specializing in bioprocesses for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Previous roles also include pharmacy consulting at Medipiel and quality assurance analysis at Mediker Professional Health. Gissela holds a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and a degree in Pharmaceutical Biological Chemistry from Universidad Juárez del Estado de Durango.
