João Altman

João Altman is an experienced executive currently serving as Partner and Executive Director at VR since July 2018, leading the People, Culture, and Agile areas, while also overseeing People, Culture, and Digital Transformation. Prior experience includes roles as HR Director at ESPN from September 2013 to July 2018, and as Sr. HR Business Partner at Citi from June 2004 to September 2013, where responsibilities encompassed HR management for diverse international markets. Additional experience includes a position as Learning and Development Consultant and an earlier role as Risk Management Intern at Banco Santander. João Altman holds an MBA in Business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a post-graduate degree in Social Psychology from Instituto Sedes Sapientae, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
