María Lucila Perasso

Lucila Perasso is an experienced professional in talent management and people development with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently, Lucila serves as the Talent & People Experience Lead and previously held the position of Talent Attraction & Development Lead at Grupo Werthein since April 2023. Prior to this, Lucila spent over six years at DIRECTV Latin America, where roles included Talent Development Lead and Specialist in Talent, focusing on performance management processes. Lucila's career began at DIRECTV, where responsibilities involved training and development analysis and talent acquisition. Early experience includes customer service and training at OSDE. Lucila holds a degree in Human Resources from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, supplemented by ongoing education in ontological coaching and a postgraduate course in training and development.
