Rebecca Rodríguez Rodríguez has extensive work experience in human resources. Rebecca has held various roles in different companies, including VP Performance, Compensation & Benefits at Triple-S since May 2021, Vice President Compensation & Rewards at Popular from January 2018 to May 2021, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Scotiabank from July 2006 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at URS CARIBE LLP from February 2006 to July 2006, a Human Resources Generalist at Cardinal Health from April 2004 to February 2006, and a Human Resources Consultant at Curtis Instruments, Inc. from February 2002 to April 2004.

Rebecca Rodríguez Rodríguez earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix from 1996 to 1998. Before that, they attended the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 1990 to 1995, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
