Don Devlin

Don Devlin serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chairman for Ilim Group since April 2021. Currently, Don holds the position of Vice President of Finance and Strategy for International Paper's North American Industrial Packaging division, a role assumed in January 2020. Previously, from March 2017 to December 2019, Don was the CEO and Managing Director of International Paper APPM Ltd in India. Don's extensive experience at International Paper spans nearly two decades, including roles such as Vice President of Corporate Audit and Director of Corporate Audit, where responsibilities included global internal audit and enterprise risk management. Don's earlier positions encompassed financial leadership across various divisions, including finance director roles for container packaging and paper manufacturing in the Americas and Europe. Don holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College, earned between 1984 and 1987.
