Konstantin Osipov

Konstantin Osipov is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, governance, and M&A transactions. Currently serving as the Director for Legal Support of Holding Operations at Ilim Group, Konstantin has successfully organized and supervised a global team for complex capital markets transactions. Prior roles include Chief Legal Officer at VIY Management LLP, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and negotiating hotel management agreements and overseeing cross-border M&A deals, as well as advising clients on corporate matters related to compliance. Further experience includes serving as Head of the Russian Desk at GRM Law, a Partner at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, and holding senior associate positions at Coudert Brothers LLP and BEITEN BURKHARDT. Konstantin began a legal career as an Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co. and has earned an LLM through an exchange program at Cleveland State University.
