Antonio Viganoni

Antonio Viganoni's work experience includes being the Head of Talent Management at Gruppo AB - Energy Sustainability since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Partner at ProperDelMare from January 2015 to March 2023. Antonio was also a Managing Partner at Methodos from March 2013 to December 2014. Before that, they were a Partner at Alétheia from January 2000 to February 2013 and at Metalogo srl from January 1996 to December 1999. Antonio began their career as a Consultant at Festo C.T.E. SRL in January 1994.

Antonio Viganoni completed their education in a chronological order starting from 1979 to 1990. From 1979 to 1984, they attended Liceo Classico Manzoni in Milano, where they obtained a diploma in Lettere/Studi umanistici. Following this, they went on to pursue higher education at Università Bocconi from 1985 to 1990, earning a Laurea degree in Human Resources Development.
