Martina Lambeck

Martina joined Selecta in February 2022 as Group CHRO. Since 2008, she has been responsible for Group HR in various multinational companies where she has acquired a broad and in-depth international experience on HR processes, structures and instruments. Above everything else, Martina continues to be truly passionate about people and HR. She understands people topics as a key success factor for achieving the company`s goals and strives to leverage how associates can be motivated to bring their best performance.
