Michele Tessera is currently serving as the Direttore DIGITAL_HUB and CIO at Gruppo CAP, overseeing various aspects of technology, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. With extensive experience in information technology leadership, Michele has also held roles as the Responsabile IT & servizi Generali at Gruppo CAP and as the CIO at BrianzAcque and Lario Reti Holding. Prior to these positions, Michele founded and led Rb Sistemi Srl, a company providing comprehensive IT services. With a background in system and network administration, Michele has also worked at Telecom Italia Information Technology and Gruppo Onama.
