Stefano Cassina

Stefano Cassina is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Since September 2016, Stefano has served as a Senior Partner at QuattroR SGR SpA, a private equity firm based in Milan that focuses on investing in Italian companies with strong industrial foundations. In addition to this role, Stefano holds board positions at multiple companies, including Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti SpA and Fagioli SpA. Previous board memberships include Alpitour and Panini SpA, as well as a managing director role at J. Hirsch & Co. Stefano's career also includes leadership positions at Toy Watch SpA and Gruppo Sympak, as well as investment management experience at Advent International and structured finance at Greenwich Natwest. Stefano earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Barney School at the University of Hartford, Connecticut.
