Francesca Serri

Francesca Serri is a skilled training and HR management specialist currently working at Gruppo Concorde S.p.A. since April 2021, focusing on training project planning and reporting, as well as evaluating development needs and partners. Previously, Francesca held roles in recruitment and HR management at Reflexallen Group, supporting corporate recruitment and training processes for an international automotive leader, and worked on tech recruitment during an internship at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. Francesca also has experience managing the full recruitment cycle at Fruitecom and Hopenly, and began their career as a Clinical Psychologist Intern, contributing to health promotion projects and therapeutic groups. Francesca holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and has completed additional HR-focused training.
