Benedetta Parziale

Benedetta Parziale, Director of Human Resources and Organisation and Head of CSR, has more than twenty years’ experience at Accenture, where she developed her professional skills in the field of Human Resources, covering various roles and developing extensive expertise in managing and developing talent. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to further develop her skills in areas including selection, training, performance management and reward schemes. She has gained experience in special programmes for business development, transformation and reorganisation. She has also worked on projects dedicated to diversity inclusion, civil responsibility and sustainability.
