Giovanni Speranza

Giovanni Speranza currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Gruppo Servizi Associati S.p.A. since June 2023, focusing on soft and hard facility services. Prior to this role, Giovanni held the position of Head of Area Nord Italia at CPL CONCORDIA from October 2017 to June 2023, overseeing the northern Italy operational area. Giovanni's extensive experience in maintenance and energy services includes a significant tenure as the Head of Maintenance and Energy Service for the North-West area at Manutencoop from March 2004 to September 2017. Giovanni began the career as a process specialist at Palazzetti Lelio Spa in 2003. Giovanni holds an MBA from Bologna Business School (2016), a second-level master's degree in Project Financing from MIB Trieste School of Management (2003), and an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy and Management from Università degli Studi di Trieste (1995-2002).
