Sophie Past

Sophie Past is an experienced professional in operations, HR, and data management, currently serving as the Operations, HR and Data and Reporting Manager at GRV Media since May 2021, where responsibilities include project management, team oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Sophie's previous role as Interim Head of Operations involved training the operations team and improving video operations, while earlier experience as a Video Operations Analyst focused on data analysis and platform optimization. Prior to GRV Media, Sophie worked at Hastings Direct from November 2013 to April 2021, serving as an HR Systems Analyst specializing in recruitment processes and system integrations, and as a Customer Relations Analytics Coordinator, providing MI data analysis. Sophie has partial education in Genetics from the University of Liverpool and completed studies at All Saints High School.
