Jean Paul Carretas has worked in the customer service and technical support field since 2009. Jean Paul began their career with Concentrix as a Technical Support Representative for Linksys and Belkin accounts, providing troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone and email. Jean Paul then moved to Support Zebra (An FBC Company) in 2014 as an IT Helpdesk, providing customer service and technical support for the e-signature program called Zipform and E-sign. In 2016, they joined DIRECTV as a Technical Support Specialist, providing customer service and technical support for HD-DVR's and internet issues. Jean Paul also handled billing and disputes and processed new accounts and activating their package. In 2017, they began working as a Virtual Assistant for RadGears. Most recently, they have been a Customer Technical Support Engineer for Gryphon Online Safety, Inc. since 2020.

Jean Paul Carretas obtained an Associate's degree in Information from STI College between 2006 and 2008.
