William Duchow

William Duchow is an Associate in the Healthcare Group at Gryphon Investors. William has over two years of experience working in investment banking, having previously worked as an Analyst at Jefferies from July 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Jefferies from May 2018 to August 2018, and also held a position as a Teaching Assistant for an Executive MBA program at The Wharton School from January 2018 to May 2018. William has also gained experience in the restructuring and M&A industry through a summer analyst position at Water Tower Capital, LLC from June 2017 to August 2017.

In addition to their investment banking experience, William has also served as CFO, Founding Partner, and Portfolio Manager at Quaker Finance Group from August 2016 to May 2019. William has also held positions as Project Coordinator at FIS from June 2016 to August 2016, and as a Level 3 Certified Official at USA Hockey from October 2009 to March 2015.

William Duchow completed their undergraduate degree at The Wharton School, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics with a concentration in finance.

William Duchow reports to Luke Schroeder, Deal Partner & Head of Healthcare Group. They are on a team with Kevin Liou - VP, Healthcare Group, Vincent Carey - Managing Director, Business Development Group, and Justin Saks - Managing Director, Healthcare Group.
