Victoria MacKay

Victoria Mackay is a Partner and Head of Gryphon’s EMEA Practice, a position held since April 2021 following Gryphon's acquisition of VLM Advisory. With expertise in Middle East political risk analysis and strategic intelligence gathering, Victoria supports clients in their market entry strategies. Prior to joining Gryphon, Victoria founded VLM Advisory Limited in February 2012 and served as Company Owner, focusing on bespoke advisory services for clients with interests in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Middle East Politics from SOAS University of London.
