Darcy Flora

Darcy Flora has extensive work experience in the field of research and education. Darcy currently holds the position of Chief Research Officer at GRYT Health since March 2019, where they previously served as the VP of Research from February 2018 to March 2019. Prior to their current role, Darcy worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Colorado Mountain College from August 2014 to January 2015, where they developed a course and instructed undergraduate nursing students. Darcy's earlier experience includes working as a Post-Doctoral Associate at the University of Minnesota from January 2010 to July 2014. In this role, they led a clinical team on genetic screening and clinical studies on drug-drug interactions, and developed an in vitro model in human liver microsomes.

Darcy Flora attended the University of Chicago from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study during this time was focused on Biological Chemistry and Chemistry. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a PhD at the University of Minnesota from 2004 to 2009. Their research during this period was centered around the field of Pharmacology.
