Ron Loch

A staunch believer in sustainable development, Ron wants to ensure that business success endures. As Chief Operating Officer, Ron guides the agency’s operations and strives for efficient alignment among its resources, including IT, HR and accounting, to ensure client service excellence, staff enrichment and business success. Ron also manages the agency’s partnership in PROI Worldwide, the premier global network of independent public relations agencies, with a network of 75 partners around the world. In his more than 30 years at G&S, Ron has served in many client services and agency management roles, including Managing Director of the Chicago office and head of the sustainability consulting team. He was named a PR News CSR Corporate Professional of the Year finalist in 2018. Ron graduated with a B.S. in journalism and mass communications from Iowa State University, received a Master’s certificate in managing the sustainable enterprise from the Illinois Institute of Technology Stuart School of Business and also completed the certified GRI sustainability reporting curriculum.
