Throughout their career, Dustin has held various senior project management roles at companies such as GS E&C, Johnstone Moyer Inc., McShane Construction Company, and MBK Rental Living. Dustin also founded Begin Plan, where Dustin provided guidance to start-ups in business planning and operations. Dustin's expertise includes overseeing complex construction projects, managing cross-functional teams, negotiating contracts, and driving project profitability.
