Bob Hale

Bob Hale is an experienced executive with a diverse background in customer experience and digital marketing. Currently serving as CEO of Alterian since November 2016, Bob leads a company specializing in software solutions for real-time customer engagement. In addition, Bob holds an advisory role at GS Marketing, focusing on strategic initiatives and cloud-based marketing evolution. Previously, Bob was CEO of the Customer Insights & Journey Engagement Division at SDL, where significant improvements in customer experience were achieved. Bob's career includes foundational roles in altering customer engagement strategies, from leading the Customer Insight division at Alterian to co-founding Dynamics Direct, an influential email marketing firm. Bob's history also includes leadership positions at RioLabs, Tanning Technology, and FirstLogic, contributing to innovations in middleware technology, enterprise solutions, and data quality. Bob holds a Business degree with a focus on Marketing and Business Management from the University of Nebraska.
