Jesse Menkins

Jesse Menkins is a Manufacturing Engineer at G&H Photonics since May 2019, specializing in the pilot builds of medical devices and production cell setup for medical device manufacturing. Key achievements include the design and implementation of automation cells using collaborative robots, retrofitting automation systems to enhance efficiency, and conducting root cause analysis for troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Jesse gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at both G&H Photonics and Tel-Tru Manufacturing Co., where responsibilities included programming for diamond turning machines and developing quality control methods. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2020.
