Sharon O'Hara

Sharon O'Hara is an accomplished human resources and strategy leader with extensive experience in aligning people practices with organizational goals. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Strategy Planning at GS1 Canada since June 2016, Sharon oversees the Human Resources team and the strategic planning processes. Previous roles include executive positions at Walmart and Goldcorp, focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources transformation. As a Board Member of Rideau Community Health Services, Sharon contributes to enhancing community health services. Additionally, Sharon has experience as an Executive Leadership Coach and holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Leadership from Gonzaga University.
