Previous roles include executive positions at Walmart and Goldcorp, focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources transformation. As a Board Member of Rideau Community Health Services, Sharon contributes to enhancing community health services. Additionally, Sharon has experience as an Executive Leadership Coach and holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Leadership from Gonzaga University.
