Aaron Bailey

Aaron Bailey has a diverse work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Aaron started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Unite Group PLC in 2005, and then moved on to Kier Group where they worked as a Graduate Building Engineer and later as a Site Manager. Aaron then joined Galliford Try as a Construction Manager before transitioning to BOUYGUES UK as a Project Manager. In 2015, they joined GSA - Global Student Accommodation as a Project Director, and later took on roles such as Head of Construction, Development Director for UK & Ireland, EMEA Projects, and finally, Head of Real Estate Projects.

Aaron Bailey attended Newtown School in Waterford, Ireland from 1997 to 2003, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 2003 to 2007, they studied at the University of Plymouth and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BSC Hons Construction Management and the Environment.
