Nicholas Garrett

Nicholas Garrett has a strong background in the real estate and investment management industries. Nicholas is currently serving as the Head of UK and Ireland Portfolio Management at GSA - Global Student Accommodation, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as a Transaction Manager at Valeo Groupe Europe from August 2019 to January 2022. Nicholas also held the role of Investment Manager at Maven Capital Partners UK LLP from December 2015 to June 2019. Before that, Nicholas worked as a Senior Asset Manager at The LCP Group from January 2013 to October 2015, and as an Asset Manager at Quintain Limited from September 2010 to December 2012.

Nicholas Garrett has a Master's degree (MA) in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School. Nicholas also has a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc Hons) in Business Systems and Information Technology from Northumbria University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
