Frank DelGaizo is the current Vice President of Human Resources at GSC Logistics. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at Hitachi Rail STS from January 2021 to March 2021. Before that, they worked at Bombardier Transportation from July 2007 to December 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner. Frank also worked with line partners to identify critical roles, select successor candidates based on performance and potential, and implement development strategies for each candidate as part of annual succession planning. Frank held regular conversations with their line partners to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the talent within the business unit and partnered with managers to identify and develop training for high potential employees based on their performance, aspiration, and the business unit's goals. Additionally, they were responsible for recruiting, from entry level to management to professional level, as well as the on-boarding process. Frank also monitored and communicated monthly reports to include vacancy statistics by department and position, training compliance, use of various types of paid time-off, etc. Lastly, they collaborated with the Safety Department on local health and safety initiatives. During their time at Bombardier Transportation, they wrote various policies including the Paid Time-Off Policy, Personal Electronics Device Policy, and Fitness for Duty Policy.
