Jeff Kendrick

Jeff Kendrick is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the automotive service industry and military leadership. At GSFSGroup since September 2010, Jeff has held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Operations and various team lead positions in claims and claims adjudication. Prior to this, Jeff managed nine franchises as Service Manager at DeMontrond Automotive Group, overseeing departmental forecasting and employee training. Previous positions include Service Drive Manager at Park Place Jaguar/Land Rover and Landmark Chevrolet, where responsibilities encompassed service operations management and warranty sales. Jeff started a career in the US Army as a Sergeant, completing advanced leadership courses and obtaining multiple certifications. Education was completed at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
