Shaul Shahar

Shaul Shahar is a seasoned professional in the defense and aerospace sectors, currently serving as a Defense and Aerospace Expert at GSI Technology since March 2020 and operating as a Freelance Consultant since January 2019. Formerly, Shaul held several significant leadership roles at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) from June 2005 to November 2018, including Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Military Aircraft Group, overseeing a division that is a global leader in unmanned systems and military upgrades. Additional positions at IAI included VP and General Manager of the MALAT and TAMAM Divisions, specializing in advanced payload systems. Shaul began a distinguished military career with the Israel Defense Forces, focusing on imagery intelligence and UAS operations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technion, an MBA from Ben-Gurion University, and a Directors Course from The College of Management Academic Studies.
