Jason Frank

Jason Frank has extensive work experience in various executive and consulting roles. Jason currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at HIS Innovations Group, a semiconductor sub-system supplier. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner at LVL3 Private Equity, where they focused on high potential opportunities in manufacturing and digital-first companies. Jason also worked as the President at Inflection Point Advisors, providing business strategy and management consulting services. Jason has held interim leadership positions, such as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee and interim-CEO at Sunshine Dairy Foods, LLC. Additionally, Jason has served as a Chief Financial Officer at Summerskin: Sun Protective Clothing and SemiTorr Group, Inc. Jason has also worked as a Consulting CFO at a confidential industrial manufacturing company and served as an advisor in the security services industry. Jason's diverse experience spans various industries including semiconductor, food & beverage, fitness equipment, and technology & security services.

Jason Frank attended Sherwood High School for their secondary education. Following high school, they enrolled at Whitworth University in 2005, where they pursued studies in Business Administration and Management. After a year, they shifted to Portland State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2009. Jason then continued their education at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) between 2014 and 2016.
