Yaniv Bendas

Yaniv Bendas is a seasoned professional in the field of software engineering and machine learning, currently serving as a Machine Learning Algorithms Research Engineer at GSI Technology since October 2016, focusing on Deep Learning and Similarity Search algorithms. Prior experience includes roles as a Cyber Security Applications Engineer at Radware, an RT/Embedded Engineer at Sigma Designs, and a DSP FW Engineer at both AudioCodes and NeoMagic, where Yaniv developed firmware and integrated algorithms for various communication systems. Early career positions involved contributions to CAD tools at Siemens, Unix shell script maintenance at Amdocs, and development for network chip verification at Mellanox Technologies. Yaniv holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
