Sheldon Lovelace

Sheldon Lovelace is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic management and product development within the outdoor industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at GSM Outdoors since August 2023, Sheldon is tasked with managing new strategic initiatives and assisting in merger and acquisition activities. Prior to this role, Sheldon held the position of Senior Vice President at Hadley Development, LLC from June 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included product development and manufacturing for hunting and fishing items. Other key roles include Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Plano Synergy and Vice President of Sales at GSM Outdoors, as well as International Operations Manager at Russell Corporation from 1987 to 2000. Sheldon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1982 and 1987.
