Dan Whistler has over 10 years of work experience in sales and customer success roles. Dan is currently the Head of Customer Success and Sales at Workleap, where they oversee customer success and sales operations. Prior to that, they worked at Shopify, starting as the Sales Leader for larger Canadian merchants and later becoming the Head of Merchant Growth Sales for North America East. In this role, they managed a team of over 60 reps and managers to ensure merchants received the most out of Shopify's products. Before Shopify, Dan worked at Achievers, where they held various leadership positions, including Regional Vice President of Sales and Director of Customer Success. In these roles, they led sales and service strategies, oversaw customer success managers, and managed enterprise partnerships. Dan also has experience as an Executive Search Consultant at Shikari Group, where they built relationships with executive-level contacts at public companies and conducted customized executive searches.

Dan Whistler completed their high school education at Bede's School from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued A Level examinations in Political Science, Economics, and IT. Dan then attended Western University from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Honors Specialization BA in Political Science.
