Georgeta Martac Gherghel

Georgeta Martac Gherghel, FCCA, is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Group Deputy CFO at GSP Holding SA since November 2019. Prior to this role, Georgeta held various positions at BCR, including Industry Head for Corporate Underwriting, where responsibilities spanned automotive, transportation, and consumer sectors, as well as serving as Senior and Restructuring Manager within the Large Corporate Division. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Financial Auditor at KPMG Romania from June 2007 to July 2011. Georgeta possesses a Master's degree in Financial Audit from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and is a member of ACCA.
