Ilona Stepien

Ilona is an Accounting Associate at GSR, responsible for accounts, audit and reporting across the firm’s international jurisdictions, in conjunction with the wider Finance team. Prior to joining GSR, Ilona held financial accounting roles at leading finance and audit multinationals, including BNP Paribas, State Street, and PwC. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and a Master’s in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland. She is currently studying for the CIMA qualification.
