Ltc M. John Dove

LTC(Ret) M. John Dove has had a diverse range of work experiences. LTC(Ret) M. John served as the Director of Digital Sales at Groundswell starting in 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Lumen Technologies as an Account Director from 2022 to 2024, where they were responsible for strategic planning and engagement of high-value Army opportunities. Before that, they were a Senior Director of Business Development at ICF from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for developing and executing DoD strategy. LTC(Ret) M. John also worked at General Dynamics Information Technology from 2018 to 2021, holding roles such as Project Director and Director of Business Development. Earlier in their career, LTC(Ret) Dove worked at Accenture Federal Services and Defense Logistics Agency, among other organizations.

LTC(Ret) M. John Dove has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1990. LTC(Ret) M. John also has Level 3 Certifications in Program Management and Contracting from Defense Acquisition University, which they earned between 2000 and 2011. Additionally, LTC(Ret) M. John Dove holds several additional certifications, including Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act- Level III Program Management, Army Acquisition Corps Member, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act- Level III Contracting, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
