Michael Salamon

Michael Salamon is an experienced User Experience Designer and design leader currently serving as the Human-Centered Design Lead at Groundswell since August 2020, where efforts focus on modernizing Federal services data infrastructure. As a Partner at Lousy, LTD. since May 2015, Michael supports clients in research, strategy, and digital education, enhancing user experiences. As the Founder and Partner of Secret Design Shop, established in May 1998, responsibilities include project management and documentation for various applications. Prior roles include Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Colorado Denver, Director of Digital Production at The Integer Group, Lead User Experience Designer at JumpCloud, and User Experience Team Lead at EffectiveUI, among others. Michael holds a BFA in Multimedia from the University of Colorado Denver.
