Kate Gauthier

Kate Gauthier, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at GT Independence since March 2023. Previously, Gauthier held the position of Vice President of Finance at Metalloid Corporation from May 2022 to March 2023 and served as Controller at GT Independence from January 2018 to May 2022. Earlier in the career, Gauthier worked as a Tax Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP from June 2012 to January 2018 and completed a Tax Intern role during this period. Initial experiences include a Customer Service Representative position at Sturgis Bank and Trust Company from June 2009 to August 2011 and a Gymnastics Instructor role for the City of Wyoming from September 2010 to March 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting obtained from Grand Valley State University in 2013 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting earned from the same institution in 2012, following high school graduation from Sturgis High School in 2009.
